If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, please email us at info@emotionallyhealthy.org within 15 days of receiving your order. Upon authorization, you may return unopened purchases received from Emotionally Healthy Spirituality within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product cost. You will be responsible to pay for the return shipping costs and a $10 restocking fee. DVD products that have been opened may be returned only if damaged or defective for replacement of the same item. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Digital download products are NOT REFUNDABLE.
