Global Leader Conference 2026

Redefining Success

Salvation Army HQ · 120 W 14th St, NYC In person · Spanish translation available For pastors, church leaders, and ministry teams
About the Conference

What if success as we know it is holding us back?

The future of the church depends on leaders who are deeply formed in the way of Jesus, maintaining integrity on the inside and experiencing true freedom in how they lead. This year's theme calls us to measure our ministries by our presence, character, and spiritual depth.

  • How do we know when we're "succeeding" in ministry?
  • What does faithfulness look like in a world obsessed with outcomes?
  • How do we build churches that are both emotionally mature and missionally effective?

Drawing from Pete Scazzero's upcoming book, Emotionally Healthy Success.

This Year's Theme

A new scorecard for church

Drawing from Pete Scazzero's upcoming book, Emotionally Healthy Success, this conference is a space to wrestle with the deeper questions.

This is not a download of content or a summit of strategies. It's a focused experience around the 8 Marks of an Emotionally Healthy Culture — how the inner life of leaders shapes the shared life of a church over time.
