Redefining Success
The future of the church depends on leaders who are deeply formed in the way of Jesus, maintaining integrity on the inside and experiencing true freedom in how they lead. This year's theme calls us to measure our ministries by our presence, character, and spiritual depth.

Drawing from Pete Scazzero's upcoming book, Emotionally Healthy Success, this conference is a space to wrestle with the deeper questions.
This is not a download of content or a summit of strategies. It's a focused experience around the 8 Marks of an Emotionally Healthy Culture — how the inner life of leaders shapes the shared life of a church over time.
Pastors and practitioners who have spent decades integrating emotional health and spiritual maturity in real churches and real cities.
Each session is designed to create space for honest reflection and genuine transformation.
This two-day gathering is for pastors and leaders seeking to build emotionally healthy church cultures.
We've put together a full logistics guide covering hotels, flights, parking, and transit. You can view the travel guide here.
We've secured group rates at four nearby hotels. These offers expire by the end of August, so book early:
Pastors, ministry leaders, church staff, and anyone in a leadership role who wants to integrate emotional health and contemplative spirituality into their faith and leadership. Teams of any size are welcome and often get the most out of attending together.
No prior knowledge is required. The conference is designed to be valuable whether you're completely new to Emotionally Healthy Discipleship or have been practicing it for years. Both the content and the experience are calibrated to meet people where they are.
Full refunds are available up to 30 days before the event. Within 30 days of the conference, registrations can be transferred to another person or credited toward a future EHD event.
